Assistant PrincipalsJC Schools is pleased to welcome two new administrators to our elementary-middle school.

Erin Thompson-Miller (far left) joined our elementary school this month and was previously a teacher in the Binghamton City School District for 10 years, before becoming the Director of Educational Technology. Most recently, she was an Administrator of Managed Technology Services in the Windsor Central School District, where she provided Regional Data Leadership.

Jill Kissick-Castro joined our district in January as the new middle school assistant principal with 21 years of experience as a secondary English teacher. Her teaching career spans from Maine-Endwell to public and charter schools in New Orleans. After returning to her roots in the Southern Tier, Kissick-Castro pursued administration and served as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Coordinator at Tompkins-Seneca-Tioga BOCES.
