essay winnersBenedict Cabot from the Johnson City Elks Lodge visited Sarah Eisele's 5th-grade class today to present some special awards. Earlier in the school year, the Elks reached out to students in grades 5-8 to write an essay about "What the Bill of Rights Means to Me." Mrs. Eisele's class rose to the challenge and produced the top three winners. Congratulations to 3rd place winner Abdelwahab Elhassan, 2nd place winner Allison Vasquez-Rivera, and 1st place finisher Khuzaymah Shah. Mrs. Eisele also received a "Best Teacher" award courtesy of the Elks Lodge. Great job, everyone!
