March 19 is not only the first day of spring but also the 120th day of school! The 1st-grade classes chose to celebrate the number 120 today because their math standards span addition within 120, as well as naming, writing, and counting to 120.
The 1st-graders also celebrated their food drive today and presented their donations of non-perishable goods to JC Connects' Family Engagement Coordinator, Ann Goroleski. The donations will be a welcome addition to our district's Wildcat Food and Clothing Center.
