Fishing TripOn Saturday, April 26, several Johnson City High School students participated in the 4th annual Fishing 4 The Fallen event on Lake Ontario. JCHS School Resource Officer Lou Cioci and HS staff member Chad Baker joined students Peyton Kelly, Edgardo Ramos, Jr., and Orion Wilcox for a fun-filled day of fishing, food and camaraderie.

The event was made possible by Cops 4 a Cause with the help of Dirty Goose Sportfishing, Sonnys Fishing Center, Salmon Country Marina and numerous sport fishing charters, including Mtn. Sportfishing, and was conducted to honor the families of fallen police officers from across New York state.

We thank Dick's House of Sport for donating fishing poles to our students and Fairways and Dreams for providing the venue for the buffet dinner.

Cops 4 a Cause is a non-profit charity comprised of active and retired NY law enforcement members who provide financial support to organizations, individuals and families and strive to give back to their communities through positive public interactions.
