JC Sophomore Trischell Goodwin recently returned from the Legislative Education Day event in Albany, where she was recognized as a New York State Youth Ambassador of the Year for her efforts working with Reality Check, a student-run organization that informs students about the dangers of tobacco. In addition to receiving the award, Trischell had the opportunity to meet NYS officials, including Senator Lea Webb. We congratulate Trischell and her fellow students for all their hard work!
